Preparing your Home For Sale:
Staging furniture, decluttering and maintaining a clean home throughout the entire marketing process is key to appealing to the masses. Be sure to not neglect the exterior of your home as well. Freshening up paint, tending to landscaping and keeping entryways presentable at all times will ensure that you make the best first impression as well as leave a positive lasting one.

Pricing it Right:
You only get one chance to make a first impression so your asking price should be appropriate for the current market as it will have just as much of an impact as the physical condition of your home. I will provide you with the necessary comps and data about the market so that you will have the necessary tools to arrive at the right list price. Most buyer traffic occurs in the first two to three weeks of listing your home so it is best to have the right price when you have the largest audience.

Negotiate Offers:
All offers are different in terms of price, contingencies and timing. Sometimes there can be instances of multiple offers and a strategy will be needed on how to deal with them. I can be of assistance as we create a plan that helps you achieve your goals.
