Trends we see in the 2018 real estate market in Southern California?
“Prices should continue to increase, albeit likely at a slower pace than seen in recent years. The continued demand for real estate in our market and the limited supply should outweigh the recent uptick in mortgage interest rates. With interest rates still at historic lows, it is a great time to buy properties in Los Angeles.”
